Key Responsibilities and Professional Duties:

Supporting Project Deployment and Resource Management:
Assist in assigning trainees to specific self-budgeted and self-funded trainee projects, helping them understand the project’s objectives, timelines, and technical deliverables.
Help trainees in setting up cloud resources, managing cloud accounts, and configuring cloud environments on Azure Cloud.
Facilitate resource allocation, ensuring that the required resources (e.g., computing power, cloud storage, access to databases) are available for each trainee project.
Guide trainees through the process of service deployment, monitoring cloud services, and ensuring smooth integration of APIs and databases into the projects.
Mentoring and Guidance for Trainees:

Purpose of Investment: Covers subscription to Enternpryz Pro Community, access to premium tools (LinkedIn Premium, Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, MongoDB Atlas, GitHub Enterprise, Office Workplace), and in-office guidance and assistance.
Financial Support:
Monthly Stipend:
Range: INR 30,000 to INR 50,000 (based on performance and project outcomes).
Total Stipend (6 Months): INR 1,80,000 to INR 3,00,000.

Sponsorship Based on TCS NQT Score:
25% to 60% sponsorship on the monthly investment (INR 22,500 to INR 54,000 per month).
